REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion for change of mind purchases.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and unopened
• Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase (14 days for online orders)
Freight costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for online orders exclude original shipping costs.
Sale items, trading cards, sealed collectibles, special orders and clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will:
• Replace the item
• Repair the item, or
• Provide a refund
In cases where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, reasonable return freight costs will be reimbursed.
