If you're not completely satisfied with your Games World South Australia purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund, a store credit or an alternative product*. Returned product must be unused/unopened, be in the original packaging and returned to us within 7 days (14 days for internet and mail order customers) of purchase along with the original receipt. Excludes Sale items. Freight costs to return the products to us by Courier/Registered Post or other traceable method is to be covered by the customer.

Faulty Goods OR INCORRECT ORDER UPON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact us to make a claim on 08-8223-6007 (+61-8-8223-6007 if calling from outside of Australia) within 7 days of dispatch by Games World South Australia. Faulty, incomplete or incorrect purchases will need to be returned to us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. Freight costs to return the products to us by Courier/Registered Post or other traceable method is to be covered by the customer.
