Shipping Policy
At Games World South Australia, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.
Australian Orders
• Free shipping on orders over $150 to Australian addresses.
• Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of processing.
• Most metro Australian orders arrive within 1 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• Rural and remote areas may take longer.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We do not ship to Parcel Lockers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post or a selected courier service and is outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re delivery or redirection due to incorrect details supplied at checkout.
International Orders
We primarily service customers within Australia. International orders may be accepted upon request.
International shipping costs are determined based on destination and parcel weight and will be quoted prior to dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Games World South Australia has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
If an international parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from any refund.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
