Welcome to Sanibel, the sunny Florida island famous for its seashells. Players wander up and down the beach collecting all kinds of shells, then carefully pack them into their bag.
How it plays
- Walk the beach: everyone’s token starts in a line. Whoever is at the back takes the next turn. They can move as far ahead as they like, then collect the shell tiles where they stop. Go too far and you might miss the best finds! Halfway through, the line loops around and heads back to the start.
- Drop shells in your bag: your bag is your own player board. Every shell you collect drops in from the top and falls to the bottom, Tetris-style, so think about where it will land.
- Grab some shark’s teeth: they’re small enough to fill tiny gaps in your bag.
- Score your collection: at the end of the game, you score for the types of shells you found and how well you arranged them in your bag.
